Surrender of allowances

It is reported that the surrender of allowances for emissions in the year 2024 may be made until 30 September 2025 at the latest, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/959 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 May 2023.

Recommendations:

• If you need to make any changes, please, communicate them in advance to avoid interference in the processes.
• Confirm that all Authorized Representatives have access to their accounts using the new Soft Token authentication method.

Accounts with an obligation to deliver:

• Operator Holding Accounts 
• Aircraft Operator Accounts
• Maritime Operator Holding Accounts

Types of surrendables allowances:

• General rights (phase 3 and 4)
• Aviation rights
• Swiss rights*
