Delivery of allowances

It is reported that the surrender of allowances for emissions in the year 2023 may be made until 30 September 2024 at the latest, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/959 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 May 2023.

Recommendations:

• If you need to make any changes, please, communicate them in advance to avoid interference in the processes.
• Confirm that all Authorized Representatives have access to their accounts using the new Soft Token authentication method.

Accounts with an obligation to deliver:

• Holding accounts 
• Aircraft operator accounts

Types of deliverable rights:

• General rights (phase 3 and 4)
• Aviation rights
• Swiss rights*
